the staff was friendly and responsive, and the facilities were clean. the room we stayed in had AC and fans, providing us with a comfortable environment. the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. the staff was also accommodating to our needs, allowing us to do an early check-in and providing us with a refrigerator and laundry service upon request. We enjoyed the homely food offered at the hotel, although it was a bit pricey.
We did experience limited breakfast choices compared to what was advertised on the menu.

Cleanliness, The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Hotel facilities, The villa had three spacious bedrooms with AC and fans, perfect for our family. Staff, The staff was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and questions.

Our xmas stay was an overall good experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-kept bathrooms. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, such as the local markets and tourist spots. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered a decent variety of options.
The hotel did not provide certain amenities as advertised, such as a refrigerator and washer/dryer facilities. The option for an early check-in was not available either.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with great beds and bathrooms. the food was homely, although slightly expensive. the location was quiet and peaceful, far from the crowd and noise. the staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.
The breakfast selection was limited compared to what is published in the menu. the bathrooms needed air fresheners, and one of the bathroom exhaust fans was not working.
